BEBAC takes your privacy seriously, and abide strictly by the rules of data protection (Austrian E-Commerce Act 2015, European General Data Protection Regulation 2016, Austrian Datenschutz-Anpassungsgesetz 2018). Individual-related data will be collected on this site only to the extent technically necessary.
In no case BEBAC will trade, sell, release, share or transfer your personal information or for other reasons circulate it to a third party.
BEBAC may also collect information that will usually not allow us to identify you, such as information gathered through “cookies” (see Section 3).
BEBAC reserves the right to disclose all information collected to the extent required by law or to respond to judicial process.

We receive IP addresses in the normal course of the operation of our website. An IP address is a number assigned to you by your Internet service provider so you can access the Internet. Although we do receive IP addresses, we do not use them to identify you personally or disclose them to others.

Two cookies (curr_view and PHPSESSID) are valid only for the current session and are automatically deleted after your visit of the forum. Two cookies (last_visit and user_view) are deleted thirty days after your last visit.

BEBAC never sends unsolicited e-mails. The server is protected (DNSBL, Spamhaus). Both incoming and outgoing e-mails are checked for trojans, viruses, and malware (Clam AntiVirus) as well as Spam (SpamAssassin); BEBAC is a member of Project Honey Pot. If you receive spam/junk from BEBAC, consider the possibility of e-mail spoofing.
Accounts »[email protected]« and »[email protected]« are configured to receive e-mails only; e-mails from these addresses are always faked with one exception: e-mails send by the forum’s software (registration, password-change, notification about replies, and PMs from other registered users). These e-mails identify themselves by the full address »Bioequivalence and Bioavailability Forum <[email protected]>«.
External web analytics services (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Marketing Cloud) are not used at our websites.
